  • On Demand Services – by 5pm (if ready to p/u by noon).
  • On Demand Services – by 9pm (if ready to p/u by 4pm).
  • Residential Services – by 5pm(Monday-Friday).
  • White Glove Services – by appointment only (Monday-Sunday).
  • Saturday Operation – by 2pm (after 2pm by prior arrangement only).
  • Sunday Operation – by prior arrangement only.

We do p/u or Deliver on weekends by prior arrangements only.

We are closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

Customer Service

You can reach the Customer Service at (855) 955-4500 Mon-Fri from 6AM – 10PM MST and Saturdays from 8AM – 2PM MST.

In the event of a problem with a delivery, every attempt will be made to contact either the shipper or receiver in order to resolve the issue.

Billing and Payments

All invoices are generated on a biweekly basis. Payment is due upon receipt.

All payments should be paid to Sergoyan LLC, and mailed to the following address:

All claims regarding loss or damage to any shipment must be submitted
in writing to Sergoyan LLC within 30 days of delivery of the shipment.
